lvl patch or tool

Still looking for lvl fix for epsilon does any one know ??
Anyway all i need is a little guidance, I'm new to hosting a persistant server and all i would like to know is what patch, tool, or mod do I need so our players can progress beyond lvl 40, I'm using Epsilon 2.73 (thx Nova Design exellent Mod) , with the 2.75 patch..Plz Help.

The lvl 40+ can be ascertained, simply by downloading and installing the 1.1 patch from microsoft onto the server (deactivate the mod first!). Once installed, reactivate the mod - and it should all be working fine.

Shut down server closed all mods tried to reinstall 1.1 patch says already installed ,,, Backed up Data ,, Unistalled everything , reloaded and still highest level 40 ??? I'm Confused ,, not that it takes much to do that these days ... any more ideas please small issue ,, server is running great other wise were having fun but would like to see proper lvl
