Back playing Freelancer

Hi guys,

I haven't played Freelancer MP for absolutely ages, and have just dusted it off the shelf again. I remember playinhg MP before, and it got really boring once everyone got the big ships with the Codename guns (i remember being bored and trying to take out the big ships in my Stilletto). I know this is dumb, and is probably going to spawn loads of replys, each completely different, but.....what's the best server out there if I just want to have a roleplay experience? I don't want tostart off with no money, etc.... but I do want to work my way up the ranks a bit. Is there a server where you can play as a faction, and have access to their specific ships and go on raids with other players who belong to the same faction, or something similar to this?

Any and all replies to this would be greatly appreciated

Do you like star wars? If so, head to www.swtow.tk . Tides of war has complete roleplay. There's a spot in the Empire waiting. And if you like working with players in the same faction, we have 50 active members (and no inactive ones)

I was hoping to keep in the Freelancer universe, but the Star Wars idea sounds fun, so I'll give it a try. Any more suggestions?

P.S. I'm glad to see the Freelancer communtiy so active

edit: That Tides of War thing looks cool. I'm gonna have to give this a go
