I'm trying to set up a server for me and my friends, and i was wondering a few things:

is there any way to host a permenant server? so that i wouldn't have to host it on my computer? and it would be available 24/7?

and is there any way to change each individual user's info/stats? like set exactly what weapons/ships/credits/etc. each person has?
