WTS/starting credits

DOes anybody know how to edit the credits players start with when running the WTS mod?? The server operator mod doesnt work...

Go to the EXE folder and open mpnewcharacter.fl with a word processing program, such as notepad.

Then edit the money value. If it says %%MONEY%% then just delete that and change it to a figure.
