Ranking stops at 38!! Why??

I have a small problem with my server! The ranking stops at 38.... I was running a server mod that would give you 100k in start cash and a greater ship... I though it was the mod, so i took it away.. But the ranking still stops at 38... HELP!!

you need to install the 1.1 patch on the Server , then the levels will increase. But check the mod is compatible with the patch or to get it working you might have to move some dll's about to get it to work, as some of the olders mods you had to do that to get the higher levels working.
