Try firewall settings, checking correct ports are open, connection to net, its all the the support forum - but my guess is firewall, and that the freelancer.exe has not been granted access to the internet.

Alternatively the global could be down - but i doubt it

There 2 thing thats can happend
1:you freelancer code or noth ok
2:if u any firewall haf set its af (whit my or its to)

I have the same problem, but i have the solution :
You have to create a shorcut that indicates the IPs of the servers you want to play on.
Unfortunately I've reinstalled the game and i've lost my server list so i'm looking for them again. I had found them in a thread, and i have to find it again.

I'll post when i've found the page (if i find it)...
