Multi player?

HI all,

First a quick hello from a total n00b.

I come from Americas Army, a game where you have to create an account and play with that same account on various servers.

As far as I understand this game, I can only use my profile (pilot) on one server, right? When I go to another server I have to create another pilot, and earn a new status, right?

If am asking questions which have been answered a million times, plz flame my ass :-)
