Hosting FL server

Hey all,this might seem like a noob question but i need to know how to host a lan server that everybody starts neutral to all factions??

To host a LAN game go to your start menu, Programs, Microsoft Games, Freelancer, FLServer and click it, the rest is self explained.
To set starting conditions use Chip's Server Operator only on the server computer.

Thanks alot,but what if the host is playing at the same time will it cause problems?Other then lag.

No it won't cause any problems, but like you said it'll lag the server, depending on how fast your computer is.
