Server HELP!

Im not sure if this should be posted here but...

I have just made a new server yesterday, i was able to install IONCROSS server guard and it works. But how do i make it so new players immediatly have a certain ship and credit amount?
Because of this the server seemed to get new players...that then got bored after 2 mins of having 2000 creds and a starflier!
Help!

I don't really know much about MP on Freelancer - I've never tried it! However, I did see a topic similar to this one. Someone suggested that Chips' Server Operator should be used.
