Help! Can''t connect at all

Whenever I try to play FL online, I get to the list of servers, and it says "Connecting to Global Server" and never gets any further than that. I've turned the firewall off, so it's not that, and I've only had this problem since we moved to a new house and got a new provider for our internet access. I could play FL fine on the same computer at my old house. Any ideas?

Disable all popup blockers, programs that are virus protecting stuff like that. THE PROGRAMS MUST BE CLOSED, NOT DISABLED!!!
