Starting a something

I want to start something thats like a clan but without tourneys or having to contact each other a lot. something like a alliance between the players are allied with you and have a contact list of somesort.

Nope. Not like us at all.
Clans require communication to survive. They require an online presence. We have our own server events - we duel each other a lot, chase Player-Freighters around systems, fight in wars, and have our own missions - tasks ranging from PK to logistics and support.
I suggest you join an established clan - that way you know they'll still be around when you finally log in...
