For the registering of Freelancer clans

I am working on a site were clan can sign up and that makes tournaments.
If anybody want to help me or something like that please give a message then.

I am new here, but from what I saw most respectable old clans got there own websites, if not even new clans use the server website they play in. they use server's fouroms and particepates in server's tournaments ...
