Copying accountz to other server

I used 2 be able to host the accountz from our other server, but now something weird happenz.
Let me explain.
TLH iz our main server with 3 mbit conn.
TLH II iz our test en backup server, low conn.
We r doin a Mod Event on TLH, so I copied all unmodded accounts to TLH II.
When peepz try 2 logon to TLH their game crashez!
When I start TLH II (itz in my LAN, TLH iz not)), it replacez TLH in the server list........ how can that be?
I only copied the accountz and account.cfg into the MP folder.

Anybody can help out?

I think the problem is the account.cfg file .......
Can I edit it in any way?
WHen I remove the file, the server createz a new file when startin up and the server iz visible, but the accountz r not .....

Help?
