Idea for an awesome server!

Alright, ever heard of the excelcia server? It runs an awesome mod with TONS of new (and well done) VHFs. Its perfectly balanced, even more balanced than the original game in my opinion. But clans hold the rights for all the new VHFs. So my idea is a server that runs the excelcia mod, but the VHFs would be purchasable by all. If anyone is considering making a server, try running the excelcia mod, I would sure come, and incourage [FU (the clan i lead, along with LV38_Eagle) to all come.

i didn't heard about this mod.but my at my server i have there a coolest mod named victor's mod . u can also buy battleships,cruisers and much more new stuff and also u can enter now SP(Single player)jump gates u can enter alaska tohoku and much more cya at my server

and i can tell u all the good servers use this mod
