Chat with Console

Does anyone know how to chat back to the console/server?

I have been experimenting with this for a long time and searching but there does not seem to be a way.

Umm, I belive you press enter to bring up the chat window and then keep pressing the up or down keys untill you get it to say you're sending the message to "Console" or something like that.

P.S. If you are the "Wizard of the Computer", I'd think you'd know how to do that.

it works if console starts the dialog (opens window) first, otherwise, your just talking to yourself

or if the console has the system chat window open u can also talk to the consloe in system chat...
