Does anyone know if the original AC2 will ever come back up?

I need to know if someone out here knows if the original AC2 will ever come back up, the one hosted by gaming host, and the host was never their. This is because my best characters were on that server.

I don't think it will come back
However, there is a new AC2.
Rules:
NO MODS
NO PK IN NY AND OMICRON THETA

I also have a character there. It's a fine server. It has server police. Very few people that abuse the rules. Sometimes it lags like hell, but then you can have days without lag.
A few clans are at AC2.
OGE (Omicron Gamma Elite),
SAS (Unknown),
SSC (Sirius System Cleaners, Anti PK clan) and
The Elite (Anti PK organisation)
