DirectX 9 problem

I recently downloaded DirectX 9.0b from windows update site. Sfter installing i found that no servers were listed in the window of Freelancer which says connect to available servers. After a system restore and back to DirectX 9.oa all was well. Any one else had this problem?

Yeah i had this problem,
Try re-installing Freelancer after installing DX 9.0b.
This worked for me fine.
