Need help Cant join my server

i need you bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iam hosting a server but i cant join it from ore from internet ???

I have installed the patch 1.1

iam not behind a router and the ip is 80.62.31.57:2302

i have the same problem

i am tryin to run a lan game, i know that my acount ID's are different...one computer can see my server (one with windows 98 and internet access) but the other cant see the server i create, its doesnt have internet access (not even thruogh the network) and is running windows ME.....i have installed the patch and dont know what else to try.....so any help would be greatful
