Dublin...doh!

What is up in the Dublin System?

I went in there to go bounty hunter hunting, and I lost everything in the fields. I had some class 7 and 6 weapons, all lost. Just going along and shield failure hull failure weapons lost. I spent about 2 hours trying to find what I lost, to no avail and about 10 more deaths. I lost pretty much all my valuable stuff.

I don't get it. I don't understand why I'm blowing up in those fields. Grrrrrrrr. Sucks to be a n00b lke me

The BMM Gold Field in Dublin protected by a mine field. As it is, you don't even have to hit a mine to get damage. I think that if you were friendly with BMM, you can pass without getting damage, because i didn't get damage in sp (friendly with bmm) and i did in mp (neutral)

i didn't know the minefield could get me like that. I steered clear of the mines, to no avail. Beeing a n00b, I did no understand I could lose my weapons like that not be able to find them. Sucks to be me.

Does anyone know of some other places to hunt bounty hunters easily? Thanks.

I've heard something about an "invisible" minefield in Dublin in multiplayer, don't know anything for sure though. If you were in a minefield (spikey objects), you just have to pass close to one to set it off, you don't have to necessarily physically hit it.

its been covered you hit a mine, BUT you don't drop anything when you die. So you wasted time in search for something that wasn't there.

if you don't drop anything, then how did I lose all my weapons?

Kinda like you loose cargo - its in your hold.....so when your hold gets ruptured upon explosion - they all fly off into space......hehe bye bye guns......
Go huntin for BH around any freeport - and the level of difficulty? Well - easy in Liberty, tiny bit harder in Bretonia, Farily tough in Kusari, Rhienland they are a pain, Border Worlds- well - they are still dam easy to kill unless you a)sit still and let them shoot you....or b) take them on in a little ship....hehe
It depends on what you are flying - in a light fighter stick to the first three sys - heavy - rhienland - heavy and v.heavy - Border Worlds - they drop nice guns and give a nice little fight!
