Now wouldn't this figure. The best way to be OK with the Outcasts, Rogues and Hackers is to repeatedly pound on Xenos. Since the Rogues constantly ambush me (and die for it), the Xenos, a wimpy group, actually is on good terms with me, not that I care.

Back to square one. I want to be OK with the Outcasts. Any suggestion to alternative ideas? I'd pay a bribe for it if I knew where. The Xenos were NOT who I wanted to be left alone by.

You can usually find bribes for Outcasts and Rogues at Rochester Base, just outside manhattan

why not try attacking a couple of depots that will boost your rep with the outlaws and let you dock - just an idea
