I think every clan here agree with this:
You be hunted world wide by every posible faction or clan regardless of which tag you taken.

You live by the sword, you die by the SWORD

Indeed this would be so.

Also, your char is only on the server you make it on. And if the leader of the clan you are booted out of asks the host for your char to be banned because you're not in the clan anymore then im pretty sure the host would do it.

There are ways to stop people abusing things like that.

I am pretty sure there is very little clan tag abuse. It is a very dishonorable and unnecessary thing to do. There isn't much to stop someone from being able to do it, but they wouldn't get away with it for long.

i have observed it once on a well known server by a member of a rival clan
i wont name names as we dont need a flame war but suffice to say its generally one of the lowest things you can do and well not something very safe to do as you will in general annoy ALL clans
not a very clever move !

The last online game I played needed you to register to play much like you do on our servers here.

But the thing was that when you registered into a clan you had to use a clan password decided upon by the clan leader. Otherwise you couldn't use the clan name.

I don't know if it is possible with our server registrations though. This was made by Electronic Arts and was designed to give all clans and single players positions on an ever changing ladder system.

But the only difference there to here is that it was single battles against another player[s and there was only one server.

I'm not sure if it could be possible here as it was there, but suffice it to say that it worked. And any attempts to imitate fell right through a whole in the floor.
