Minor question....

Is account creation going to remain turned off on Elite? If so, is there a plan that will allow other players to get on? maybe e-mail account number to admin or something?

I'm not sure, but I think account creation is turned on at random times to allow a couple of new people on, but most of the time it's off. I think they do this to keep the server HD from filling up with accounts or something.
