And PvP is following same rules as Elite, so you should feel right at home..

umm yeah our server sucks ..must be why theres over 10000 accounts on there ..hmm more than Elite

And the truth be know just to let everybody know THE TRUTH NoTec Kurupt got banned for racsium and his general attitude towards players.
We did discuse it and were about to unban him but certain OWL people desided it would be fun to flame our boards with purile rubbish and were promptly banned for that.
Now i don't know about everybody else but i don't like being called a ***** etc on my forum.
I sudgest you take your bitterness elsewere and stop flaming lancers boards with your childish remarks and lies about our server because nobodys listening.

Oh and if anybody else out there wants to find out the truth about jolt just ask any of the regulars what it and what WE are like and they will tell you the TRUTH.

1- Akasha personal conception of "racism" - uk sucks - permaban - not on the server rules - no warning (i bothered quoting an academic sociological definition of racism to demostrate that UK sucks is not racism, but the admin is always right i guess, even when its proved wrong..)

2- "we were about to unban notec" - wrong, me and kurruption got to the irc chat to straighten that out and your co-admin buddie said "sorry he isnt being unbanned, its 1 less person hammering our 30 queue limited server, akasha doesnt want him unbanned anyway" , stop lying akasha, youre a god damn admin, take it like one and start behaving like a *real* one

3- ask the regulars you protect and previlege for the truth? thats a joke, you mean ask that bunch of newbs you protect with your godly admin powers, that suck up to you all them time because they know, the moment they speak against you is the moment they get banned? is that your conception of the truth? interesting

5- bitterness, once again, i've couldva chosen to not support kurrupt and suck up to you my dear akasha, i chose to support him, i already had antecipated your mass banning (yes lame admins are so predictable) and posted ordering the evacuation of jolt, sorry for spoiling ya the fun of banning actual online live players. I dont care about your server, hence i didnt cared for your lame sanctions of mass bans or whatever and protested in a way only lame admins like you deserve

Or more likely that should probably be n00bium in this case. The way Akasha is representing Jolt and is handling this matter here at TLR, is definitely n00bish, and don't give a guy like me any particular urges towards having a go on the Jolt server.

Trying to compare Jolt with Elite is imho crazy.. Elite has a loyal and large following. IMHO one of the reasons is that the Admin (Hi Stinger ) there is courteous, to the point, and active in a noble and mature way.
He runs the server intelligently, and have the right idea with regards to delegating "powers" to others :
The Server police squad active in the non-pvp Liberty zone has got three and only three weapons to use : Stunpulses, their common sense, and their level 99 guns, the print screen key.

If anything is amiss which the Servercop can't fix by talking with the culprit, then their level 99 guns comes into effect and Stinger decides if they should be banned..
Not anybody else, not "admins" with their own agendas, not "admins" who listens to accusations and fires from the hip.

AFAIK Stinger has only banned people with proof of misconduct, either by the log files, or by the level 99 ammo.

So comparing Jolt with Elite is like comparing a Trabant kept together by chewing gum and nylonstrings, with a Rolls Royce...

If Elite goes down permanently, which is indicated in one of the postings on TLR, I will for sure miss the server.. Not so much because of the flying, killing, maiming, more killing and tolling, but because Elite was managed in the right way:
By a mature person who knew how to represent himself and his server in a well balanced way, so newbies, oldtimers, Traders and PK'ers, had a great time, with a minimal interference from modders and cheaters.

So Stinger, please accept my thanks for all the good time on Elite, and if Elite goes down after the move, I and a lot of others will miss you.. Console messages will never be the same anymore... And please remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, even when the "imitator" is only able to imitate in words and not in deeds...

Too bad for Tasiin, Elite is the only server he feel sercure in. Pfft.

Posts: 7 Recriminations I was allready banned from the server not for doing anything on the server but for complaining that they were out of line on their forums. Now ill propobly be banned from the forums. But Like I really care.

Posts: 2 well what a suprise, I had a load of grief from an admin on jolt not so long ago, i complained about the lack of admin communication about server crashes and what-not and i was promplty told i was "immature and childish". Clearly a common problem!



Like this is getting ridiclous now there is nothing but complaints comeing from everywhere about Jolt and there admins...it's is very very obvious that there is a serious problem there with admins and power abuse.

I don't get all this hammering on one server , if you don't want to play there go someplace else , I never took the time to count them but there must be 400+ servers out there , i'd say that is plenty of choice

This whole argument of who started what when and with what words sounds incredibly childish to me and not even worth the time to type it up

So you don't like the way a certain admin runs his/her server , LEAVE and go somewhere else and stop whining about it . you don't pay anything for the gameplay all it costs you is time and since you play this game in your supposed 'free' time (or the boss' time if he is not looking) it is time you had to waste anyway

Did it go ofline last night?
I was suddenly disconnected last night and couldn't find it in the serverlist after that.

Corwin, the server offers a public service, hence we are entitled to complain about it, we still live on a democracy yes?

Everyone is entitled to complain if they feel something is wrong with a public service, sure i could post a complain at jolts public forums where no one would see, and would prolly get me banned again there, lets face it, complains desks are a joke, useless; so an alternative must be made, public exposure of all the bad conduit made by those servers admins, heck i've been severely mistreated and now the world will know what jolt really is, with luck maybe akasha's boss reads this threads one day, people need to know the truth, thats what were all here doing, if this thread doenst please you corwin, just avoid it, refrain reading it, heck were not like spamming everywere, its just 1 thread

Cams - stfu and go away. You have the biggest "martyr/victim" complex I have ever seen. Go Away. Deal with it you pathetic piece of illiterate trash. The servers are provided FOR FREE . This basically means that whomever provides them, gets to run them any way they see fit. Same thing with Forums. Provided for free, run how the owner wants to run them. If you don't like it, why don't you shut your trap, spend some money on some hardware, invest hundreds of hours of your life testing it, then run it however you see fit.

If I had the inclination, the money to invest, the time to invest, and the will to invest those I would host a server and a$$clowns like you wouldn't even stand a chance - you wouldn't be allowed to remain on the server if you got on. I'd ban you so fast it would make your punk head spin.

People like you are like a cancer in the Freelancer Community. You need to be removed and discarded. Then we, the rest of the community, will be healthier without you. Cams, for the love of the game, get over yourself and just go away.
