Anyone else have a problem loading onto Next Gen server

I'm having problems loading onto The Next Generation Server.
I connect no prob when i go to load a character it crashes to desk top.
I uninstalled everything and reinstalled still crashes.
Any thoughts people?
anyone else having this prob?

i have heard that if u move or cut and paste your savegames out of the save game folder it will work.

i have the same prob, but have not fixed it yet cos i am to tired. wouldn;t hurt to try?
