account creation disabled

i was playing in a server for about 2 hours then i stared trading and i earend 1.000.000 in 2.5 hours and then when i came to server ones again there was a message

account creation is disabled on this sever.

what doees this mean and is my save game gone

It means the server admin has decided not to allow any additional characters to be created. This is a choice on the server app. Maybe the server admin wiped the characters and that's why you're getitng the message. Any way to contact them directly?
