if you did not print out or save your install ID you must start all anew.

always save that install ID it is a randomly generated # per re-install but you do have the option to enter your old backed up one after a crash

other thing is that servers u visit wilkl not appear as visited so be sure and write down IP's /names of the servers u played on.

You can try emailing the server administrator ( as they can see the account keys attached to characters ) but I don't know how you'd prove it's really you.

Not sure if thats correct Tasiin i think the server uses a combination thats derived from your multiplayer id generated on your system, and an id from the server system giving you a unique id on that server, thats only my own understanding of the process and could be wrong.
