Combat Freighter Squadrons
I have never been able to try this myself, as my internet connection sucks but:
Has anyone every tried a combat squadron of freighters? Just from my SP experience, I am well aware that a single freighter is kinda vulnerable against squadrons of VHFs. But what if you had groups of 2-3 freighters each, in one formation. That way one could handle flight, while the other two could be in turret mode. If you had several of these groups operating at once, it seems to me that it would be pretty darn effective!
