What a tactical retreat? Then you have no cruise disrupter then. That's part of fighting.

One PvP I had recently was a stalemate. Both of us could never get enough time to kill each other during our fight, so the other guy retreated after about 20 mins of us dog fighting.

edit: should have said couldnt use cruise distrupter on him cause he used a jump hole we were close to, jumped while half way in so combat gated it.
