NEO is sick and tired of a particular clan.
They have vexed us to no end in the past, have caused idiotic conflicts with our allies, and have acted with unmatched arrogance when in communication with us.
This 'war' isn't going to be like previous ones.
We are not going to accept any half-assed apologies, or anything of the sort. Hostilities will end only when the leader of that clan tells us plainly "I'm sorry for everything I've said and done, and no matter how much 'class' we may have, NEO's forces are superior to ours."
WP will be destroyed.

The second was so short, (3 day official iirc, 1 night real fighting) that I fear I have no rp news about it. Was anyway settled with RES fast, as it started cause of overreactions of both sides.

This would be the third NEO-WP war. Though, as I heard nothing about actually the war, I guess this time, there will be really a tourney, instead.

This just in...
Apparently members of the SE fleet (Which, along with the WP fleet is supposedly 'honorable' and all that) have nothing against hitting F1 in the middle of a battle, and reselecting their character in order to recharge their shields. While we in the NEO fleet make no claims of being honorable or good, or whatever you want to call it, we would not stoop so low as to exploit such a "feature" in the game.
Reports indicate that [SEWeasel, possibly fearing destruction by the omnipresent NEO fleet, feels that the use of this exploit in combat is all right, since "lol well you guys could have let me dock first."
What does that mean? I'll let you figure it out.
