As far as I see it, they are all "lying". The best shield is the Adv Brigandine. The Outcast do have a shield called Adv. Champion, but they NEVER drop one. (when u get a guys shield down, his shield are destroyed, thus not giving u a shield.) I ahve never got a shield from anyone and I have kiled more then 3k fighters so far. (on a unmodded server). It might be able to get the Shield, on a modded server, but as far as I know, its all a lie.

The only Shield "Turned On" in the game is the Brig. There are 2 others in the game, but not turned on.

There are threads about it in here...Even ways to activate them.

I have not messed with these, because I am trying to keep a pristine server. No mods of any sort.
