Rebalance mod in MP?

Is there a way to use the rebalance mod in MP? If so, How?

Find a server running it and join it

Obviously you have to have it activated on ur machine too

my sever runs the Rebalance mod. only a eight player cap for right now. The name is Evorare's House. The IP address is 24.247.124.93. Stop by and play some time.

Do you have to have the rebalance mod installed on both the server and client in order to play it in MP? I tried installing only on the server and the client game crashed as soon as the test player tried to leave Manhattan.
