A rule which we have not acknowledged, due to the fact that is nearly impossible to enforce. You guys are simply going to run in there after thumbing your noses at us and claim it to be a "cease-fire" zone, and then think you're safe. You're not. What have you been smokin'? Dark is the only NEO in the area, unless you consider WP to be NEO operatives.

Actually, Dark did that in self-defense. Killing Vertigo in a patriot must have caused Han's ego to explode insanely, causing him to think he is god.

By the way, if you're referring to the one or two automated kicks I've seen ( you guys have had wayyyy more of those than us anyways, and there are some known bugs in the automatic cheat detection - you guys left WarDragon in your clan even though you knew he was a cheater, did you need some extra firepower or something? ) they were random and never happened again.
