Hi!
If I do install a mod (like Babylon5 mod) I can still play servers without this mod?

no, eather your client will crash or the server will... dont try it... you might destroy a server...

It is easy to uninstall a MOD?

What people need is a handy mod management tool like used in HL for all the mods like CS and DoD. That way you could download mods till the cows cam home and just flick em on and off whenever you wanted. The same type of thing worked really well in Morrowind, allowing you to activate multiple mods at once if you liked.
