I might get this game...is it worth it?

I tried the demo and loved it, now the other half is Multiplayer. Just by looking here I see alot of people but are the multiplayer games fun and active(i.e. more than 10 people) if they are I do believe I found my new favorite game.

Yes there can be a lot of people more than 16 people depending on what ISP can let you host a large number of players.

p.s. there are a ton of servers.

Its mint worth double iam on 56k and i go on elite which usally has 30 people on and i dont get much lag.

No offense, but asking for an honest opinion on a game on it's most active forums is probably not a good idea.

Personally though, I'd definitely say go for it - Freelancer is a great game, and the multiplayer part far exceeds single player.
