It's a question about multi and a lot mod.

Is it possible to create his own system and had it to the universe ?
I will like to had my own system for a guild for example, with our own ships, arms, etc...

I have hear that some mods are availbale but mods are modification of the existing system, right ? I don't want modify existing system, but had a new system with stuff.
