okay, I'm gonna make some assumptions, you tell me if I'm wrong. I'm guessing you have a router and that the router has a web interface. You're ip was 192.168.1.104, so the router is prob 192.168.1.1 - try typing that as the url in your web browser. (you may need a password, check your manual for the default)
When you get there, you'll see all sorts of settings to change... look for a tab for port forwarding... maybe you have to go to advanced settings first.
there you can list the ports you want forwarded to whatever ip address.
As a side note, you may want to do a little research on networking and such. If you use dhcp from your router (you never set an ip address for your computer, yet it magically has one), you may encounter a problem later. the ip address your computer has now may not be the one it has next time you turn it on... meaning port forwarding you just did won't help you next time.
again, sorry if I made too many assumptions - I am prone to making an ass outta myself
