Nomad Guns?

Is it still possible to get the nomad blaster in mp? and where? I'm a level 34 titan, trying to find a bounty hunter base cause I'm not popular with corsiars after I bought their best ship then used it to blow up their best pilots.

Can get Nomad drops around Unknown Sector gates.

wow... there are nomads in mp... I just found a slew of em (then I slew 'em. :-D

). There is an unknown jump hole around E-1 with a whole lot of destroyed corsairds. This is in Omicron Gamma. I'm about to go through, and I'll probably be raped... i need to find a sunkiller torpedo launcher cause they'll probably be hostile battleships :-D

To get them on your good side you either have to land somewhere like Omega 41 nad pay to hack your record, go and fly some missions for them, or start killing their enemies.

Where do you get the nomad guns???

to get nomad weapons you can go to omicron gamma or omicron alpha.

if you go to omicron gamma you will need to bribe someone to become friendly with the corsairs or expect a rough trip, similarly for the outcasts in omicron alpha....

then you will need to search for an "unknown jump hole" which will transport u to where you can fight nomads. they come in groups of 4 ships. fast, but v.weak.... tractor in the goods when you destroy them....

Another nice little factoid about Nomads...No cruise disruptors!

So you can basically run any time you feel like it.

Hehe, REAL men don't run fom fights. Which one is the better gun to use, nomad blaster or nomad cannon?

Ive, killed like 100 nomads and cant get any of thier weapons. so far it seems like im the only one with this problem. Other people on my sever have them and got them by killing like 3-12. PLEASE HELP!

I don't know what your problem is. You can generally get their weapons 1 out of every 12. Streak of bad luck mabye? Do they drop the weapons and you can't pick them up? Or is it just that they don't drop the weapons?

some one told me that the guns that im useing are to powerful and that the nomad weapons burn up before i can tractor them in. it sounds good because i see two different colors burning after i shoot them.

I got the same result...I killed over 100 of them last night. Not a single weapon drop.

By not a single weapon drop, I mean NOTHING...none of them dropped anything that could be tractored in. I killed them in every part of the system.

Heres what I do... I just destroy one and as soon as it is destroyed I just keep on hitting 'b' (tractor). It took me a while but I eventually got 4 nomad cannons, of course right afterwards the server went down and is gone. errr.
