The original poster was simply confirming that these cheats exist. He said he emailed the operators so they would know what happened and be able to wipe the characters. Why people have to jump down other people's throats simply because the word "cheat" is in the post is a mystery to me.

Why anyone would bother cheating in this game is also a mystery to me. Playing normally I hit my first million credits after only 6 hours play. Had my Eagle completely outfitted after another couple. And that was the SLOW non-cheating route. I've also managed to get 2 million credits in about 2 hours play in a completely legitimate manner. No hacked files, no newbie killing, no PvP. Just persuing the careers that MS put right on the package.

Although I *can* hit 30+ in only a couple of hours doesn't mean I *have to*. For the public MP server I'm on I'm going casual. Been there 7 hours and I'm level 4ish and just upgraded to the startracker (or was it starflier? I always forget).

I level fast to see if it can be done. I leve slow when I actually want to "play" with other folks. Just hang out, escort some freighters, that sort of thing. More fun than leveling fast in all honesty.
