problem on add new system

i have add some new system with Freelancer Explorer 2.0.6.22, but then i enter to the system, freelancer will write lot of

lol~ maybe this is a biggg problem.

i try to shape file in \DATA\SOLAR\ASTEROIDS, change

this indicates a bad encounter. try using different encounter files and factions until it goes away.

that's the same thing as deleting it. and you can't have a billboard without a texture.

and about StarSys.cpp(716), i haven't add encounter to the system, but when i enter to new system i also get a StarSys.cpp(716)


ok, let back to ShapeDB.h(242), im do some test :
1)im add a nebula to a new system,no error
2)add a ice field, no error
3)add a rock field, get ShapeDB.h(242)

i haven't to do full test, but the rock field is copy form FL1.0(with flsdk-v1.5b20050314), and i use flscan, they say 0 error.

oh ya it also indicates bad asteroid fields. heh. ok, well did you try putting the texture back

I'm fairly sure the shape error is due to your sun. At least on my mod it throws those errors (a chopped-to-the-bones TC mod). As a test change the star = green_giant_sun to star = sm_blue_sun and try it.

Notice also that you have a sun atmosphere of 2500 but a death zone of 5000. You would die before hearing "warning, entering sun's corona".

@DwnUndr, i changed the green_giant_sun to sm_blue_sun, and no more ShapeDB.h(242), it works fine now, Thanks a lot!!

i do some test, and find red_giant_sun\green_giant_sun\sm_red_sun\sm_blue_sun2\St03_sun\St01_yellow_sun\bw05_sun\bw05_sun2\ew06_sun2\ will give a ShapeBD.h Error, the other words is you can use following suns on mod :

Check your BW10_Sun again. That one was giving me the errors too.

it's very strange, BW10_Sun works fine on my computer. maybe this is a tech issue.
