Other players in my group can't form on my capship. They just aren't given the ability. If I try to form my capship on an NPC capship it works but I'm rubbing up against its hull.

What settings do I change in order to place my capship in a proper location when forming with NPC capships.

What do I need to do in order to make other players able to form with my capship?

I'm assuming that I have to do something with formations.ini but it's not very straightforward and I need some explanation.
