my ship is invisible on bases and planets

ok so heres my problem my ship is invisible on planets and bases but is totally perfect in space flight all i can see is 2 turrets and 2 engines on planets and bases. i created the ship's model so im guessing ive done something wrong could someone point me in the right direction. ill appreciate any help

Sounds like a level of detail thing. Try changing the entry to something like:
LODranges = 0, 3999
..instead.

Either that or turn graphics settings back up if you had them down before.
