How to gain more levels?

I've completed the main storyline. Woho. Now it's time to freelance. Level 18, but how do I level up further? My net worth is approx. 150k. Required for next level is 70k. How do I level more?

I'd be grateful for help... The Falcon awaits me in New Berlin, to take me exploring the uncharted sections of the FL world

Next is all up to you, continue doing missions, exploring, trading, mining, combo of all 4. Big wide open universe out there. Lots of posts on this forum to lead you through all 4. Your level is based on your net worth, so anything that makes money, even mining adds to this.

How are you already done and only level 18? I'm pretty sure I'm level 19 or 20, and I'm still in the SP campaign. I just got the Anubis on that battleship that was stolen from that guy in the order that looks like Morpheus from the Matrix.

We all have to level up the same, I mean, typically one SP mission, then one monetary level up, then anothet SP mission, etc.

So what gives here?

I finished at 18 also. Maybe you have a lot more cash?

Nope, I was wrong, I was only Level 17................as soon as I finished that Last Long, almost never ending campaign mission, I jumped up to Level 24 though.
