Where is a Blood Dragon Base?

Hey every one, I want to work for Blood Dragons, and I was wondering where any of their bases are, as I can not find a single one.

Well I already beat the game but I forgot where it was . I think its in Chicaku or however u spell it, but how do I get there?? The jump hole is damaged.

Kyoto Base right in the middle of the map for Chugoku, there's a jumphole from both Honshu and Hokkaido look around a bit.

Yep. Kyoto base in Chugoku system.
There is one more way to Chugoku - from Sigma-13 somewhere in the left-upper corner.
