Lane Hacker allies are Outcasts, Golden C, and Rogues. if you are neutral with the Outcasts you will usually be on good terms with the Hackers who need their Cardamine delveries to run smoothly...... see allies above!!
I think you can bribe your way in at the Freeport in Magellan, usually a bribe at Gaia in Tau-23 for the Golden C will do the same thing. You need to be level 10 in the SP to rate the Dromedary.
