What is a quick way to get on neutral or friendly terms with the outcasts? Wherever I go, they always seem to be there to rip me apart. I also need a way to get back on friendly terms with the junkers. Any hel would be much appreciated.

usually you can find a zoner to bribe in one of the freeports. In the outcast dominant areas like tau 23, 29 37 one of the zoners can be bribed. ditto for the other freeports and other faction controlled areas. just a note though, make sure you have enough credit to get and out fit a sabre (800k+), 'cos you need it to beat off the police and corporations.

You may also get the Sabre from the Red Hessians, if they are easier to get down to at least neutral status.
