Corsair bullies! Bribery perhaps?

So I've found a pretty healthy trade route from dublin to hamburg sellin gold but there are SO many corsairs that try to rip my head off on the way, and in my slow moving humpback, they're hard to dodge (don't wanna kill them becuz i wanna get good with corsairs)............but I want them to leave me alone, so I'm sure this has been asked a MILLION times before.......

but since this forum doesnt have a search option (boo :-p)

WHERE is the corsair bribe location???? And how much is it going to cost me? Please don't tell me somethin like "there is only one and it is on the corsair/molly/outcast/hessian/other-bad-guy base".......that would suck....gotta be one on some planet or ship right? Thanks in advance....

freeport 5/omega 41 sector e5 north - i asked for it 2 days ago / bartender and others in bar -try to save/reload here some times and u should have posibility to $ almost all criminal factions

cos is about 200 $ - u need to bribe it twice - first from hostile to neutral and second from neutral to very friendly

Careful with that bribe to friendly....that's when you can get the Law on your arse....It's better to get Neutral, land on one of their bases and run a few missions against rival criminal faction or Company. This slightly raises your faction and all you have to get is green to buy the good stuff from them. The last thing you want is Every tradelane, base and patrol gunning for you in a 4 or 5 solar system area....

Well, the problem is: you can't land on one of their bases getting neutral by flying missions for them unless you already are neutral to them.

Plus they won't give you missions if you are just a little bit neutral. So bribing seems to be the only way to get along with them after all.

you can also kill their enemies. my friend did that and it worked just fine. the only thing is that you become enemy with about all the law enforcements and other companies in most of the solar systems by doing this. =P

You can bribe the corsairs in a bar at the Yanagi Depot in Sigma 13.Better than that is to go neutral with the corsairs. Just bribe someone who gets your rep hacked with the Zoners and you will be neutral with the outcasts and the corsairs along with the hessians without affecting your rep with the houses and the police.

Judging by what i've heard so far the Zoners seem to be some sort of key to get at least neutral with most of the factions. As if everybody likes 'em and nobody hates 'em. If that's true you can piss everybody off, but you better don't mess with Zoners because they could be the only chance to be liked again. Right?

i bribed em on freeport 4? the first freeport you get to see in the storyline.

There is not much point bribing the zoners unless you really really want to buy their weapons... but then what good weapons do they have? They go back to complete neutral very quickly.

I shoot down hessians to get in with the corsairs. Then get a bribe for the hessians in any freeport (you'll also find corsair bribes there) and you can all get along

Then you can go and loot with minimal hassles - especially in b!tch zones like omega11 then onto the 250K missions killing bounty hunters/red hessians/outcasts and they still like you, they just don't hate you

yeah but one you start killing bounty hunters like i did its a bitch to get around omega theta and also everoyne hates you in the 4 houses but there not a problem once you get titan/sabre or a eagle cause they can't hurt you
