Ithaca Research Station - Sister Station?

In the information card about Ithaca - it says that TWO research stations were built (I can't remmber the name of the other one) and that Ithaca was abandoned.

Where's the other research station?

The other one appears during the SP campaign, and is subsequently blown to smithereens about a minute later. I do not think it appears in MP for this reason.
