Can you get these in multi?...where?

In SP i was able to get drops at both the Omicron Gamma and Omicron Alpha unknown systems. I have got about 8 energy blasters and 8 energy cannons. Usually i got 1 or 2 about every 3rd wave of nomads.

I got a pair of cannons out of the first nomad ship i blew up in unknown system

I also found some cool lv 10 weapons after shooting wreckages of old ships....wild fire, blue blaze, thor's hammer.....more than 1000 damage....really cool

Lvl 37 here, around every 12-15th Nomad Fighter drops a gun

Weird stuff.. last night i killed 36 waves of em.. im lvl 38.. and nothing.. not even 1 lousy gun. Just my luck. B-(

What is the best shield to use against them? Freaking nomads kill my positron 8000 shields (adv brigidane shields lvl 10) like crazy!

Not sure what shield works against them...I use the same one and yup its gone after a few hits, but there is one thing you can do that works with most enemies...tap your afterburner over and over...it'll be some ****y flying but the computer AI will barely be able to target you and most shots will miss...

Concearning the weapons...I never saw any drops in the normal systems and neither in the unknown system with heavy radiation, but I got almost one drop per wave in the unknown system with the 2 weird planets...try there...might be random but thats how it was for me...
