vogtland base in dresden?

anyone know how to get there? I wanted to buy a sabre, but cant buy it on omicron alpha, because I am hostile to the outcasts.

look at the patrol routes, the one that's got the most by far will be it (hint: look in the nw corner)

Go in Liberty and shoot DSE equipments and liberty police/navy, then when you ll be non hostile with outcasts, go there (bribe if necessary) and buy your sabre.

South of Rheinland, dresden belong to Rheinland space systems ...

Dresden is in the south of New Berlin System.
The base belongs to Red Hessians. I've been there but my rep with Hessians is terribily bad. So, they just tried to kill me. >_<

What should I do to get better rep with the Red Hessians?

Attack their enemies, check via F8. Just did that. Took out some Daumann and Kruger transports, now I'm neutral with the Hessians. Make sure you are not undergunned though. I'm flying a Falcon now and it worked just great.

Two places sell the Saber: Malta (Outcasts - Omicron Alpha), and Vogtland (Red Hessians - Dresden - D3). The easiest way to get good with the Outcasts is to kill Xenos. Go over to the Hudson system and camp their spawn.
