trading in kyushu system?

Hi, is anyone experienced in trading in the kyushu system? I need to make money fast before I continue with the storyplot, which takes place in this system.
Any help would be appreciated!

well the best way to make money here in my opinion is that you buy diamonds for like 120 $ a piece and the you sell em in new tokeyo for 1300 $ a piece

sounds good, but where can i buy diamonds? and i dont think that i have access to neo tokyo yet..
